I'm not sure if I got the point across, but those 'wings' are part of a shawl-like thing. They're not attached to him.
I wanted to draw Lance as his God of Darkness self. Designing it was really fun aaaa. I also made his hair a tad but longer. Because why not haha. This is just an official/ceremonial dress. He usually just wears jeans and a sweater. And a scarf. Always a scarf.
